1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arethio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App

Arethio is a gamified habit tracking and personal development application that includes:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must register for an account to use Arethio. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (habits, tasks, notes, etc.)

4.2 Content License

You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service

5. Game Mechanics

5.1 Character Progress

  • •Character progress, levels, and achievements are earned through legitimate use
  • •We reserve the right to adjust game mechanics and balance
  • •Progress may be reset due to technical issues or development needs

5.2 Permadeath Feature

  • •The optional permadeath feature can result in character loss
  • •Character loss through permadeath is permanent
  • •No refunds or reversals will be provided for permadeath events

6. AI Features

6.1 AI Mentorship

  • •AI responses are generated automatically and may vary
  • •We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI interactions
  • •AI features may be modified or removed during development

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • •Share accounts
  • •Harass other users
  • •Violate any applicable laws
